Notes de bas de page
  1. The kWh price (excluding tax) is 30% cheaper at weekends and on public holidays compared to the kWh price (excluding tax) on other days of the week (see the plan’s price grid). This offer is available with the off-peak option, providing a kWh price (excluding tax) that is 30% cheaper for 8 hours a day throughout the week compared to the kWh price (excluding tax) on other days, according to Enedis’s off-peak hours. 1 .
  2. Public holidays refer to national holidays, not regional holidays. Weekends start from Friday night at midnight and end on Sunday at midnight. 2 .
  3. The kWh price (excluding tax) is 30% cheaper at weekends, on public holidays, and on one chosen weekday (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday—this day can be changed up to twice per contract year) compared to the kWh price (excluding tax) on other days of the week (see the plan’s price grid). The hours for the chosen day run from midnight to midnight. 3 .
  4. The kWh price (excluding tax) during Peak Hours is four times higher than the kWh price (excluding tax) during Peak Hours of an Eco day 4 .
  5. This option provides 17 Off-Peak Hours per day (instead of the usual 8 Off-Peak Hours). Off-Peak Hours are defined by RTE or EDF and may change. 5 .
  6. Market-based offers and subject to conditions. With the Green Electric plans, you are guaranteed that the equivalent of your electricity consumption is sourced from renewable energy (solar, hydro, wind, etc.) on the grid. To ensure traceability of renewable electricity for its customers, EDF uses the guarantees of origin mechanism. There is a National Guarantees of Origin Registry managed by an independent body. A guarantee of origin issued on the Registry certifies that 1,000 kWh of renewable electricity has been injected into the grid. 6 .
  7. ADEME: Agency for the Environment and Energy Management. 7 .
  8. The “Avantage Gaz Optimisé” offer is a market-priced natural gas offer, without fixed duration commitment. The monthly fees and prices are set by EDF at the subscription of the contract and can change upwards or downwards in line with the average Reference Price for Natural Gas Sales for the same consumption option and tariff zone. After the first 12 months of the contract, EDF may adjust the indexation level of this offer, either upwards or downwards. If this index was to disappear, we would propose new monthly fees and kilowatt-hour prices (excluding taxes), indexed to the closest replacement index to the benchmark price set by the French Energy Regulatory Commission, or alternatively, would be the same as EDF's standard gas offer for residential customers. You can terminate your gas contract at any time, free of charge, provided that you submit such request. 8 .
  9. The Gas Advantage is a no-commitment offer with prices set freely by EDF. The gas subscription fee (excluding tax) is subject to changes in public network transport and distribution charges, legislative and regulatory changes regarding energy savings including the Energy Savings Certificates scheme, and adjustments proposed by EDF after the fixed kWh (excluding tax) price period ends. 9 .
  10. The kWh price (excluding tax) is 33% lower during off-peak hours of an Eco day compared to the kWh price (excluding tax) during peak hours of an Eco day, 345 days a year. 10 .
  11. The fixed kWh (excluding tax) price applies for 1 years and 1 month, starting from the contract start date shown on the subscription invoice. The subscription fee (excluding tax) is subject to any legal or regulatory obligations imposed on EDF, including changes in the Public Distribution Network Usage Tariff, costs, and legislative mechanisms related to capacity (as defined in Articles L 335-1 and following of the Energy Code) and Regulated Access to Historic Nuclear Energy (ARENH), or any mechanism replacing ARENH described in Article I of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale appendix. It will also be affected by changes related to energy savings obligations, such as the Energy Savings Certificates scheme, detailed in Article II.1 of the Offer Appendix to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The impact of these factors will be calculated based on a consumption scale set by EDF. Additionally, the subscription fee (excluding tax) may be adjusted by EDF after the fixed price period ends, as outlined above. 11 .
  12. The subscription and kWh prices excluding VAT of this offer follow the changes in the regulated sales tariff, whether up or down. At the end of the first 12 months of the Contract, the indexation level of this offer may be revised by EDF upwards or downwards. Any changes in taxes will be immediately applicable. 12 .
